SATEC Chromebook and iPad Return

This summer the SATEC IT Department will be servicing all school owned Chromebooks and iPads. The first step in this process is to coordinate the return of all devices. To help with this we are asking all families that have school devices at home to have their children return them on the following dates to their classroom teachers.

Grades PK-7 - Device and Charger return on Thursday, June 10th

All school owned devices and chargers need to be returned before the last student day. Thank you for your help with this.
Reminder to families for P-EBT

We will be submitting information on all students currently eligible for P-EBT to the state for payment of Summer P-EBT benefits later this month. However, if you are not currently eligible for Free and Reduced Meals/P-EBT, you may still apply and qualify over the summer months. If your income changes over the summer, we encourage you to submit an application by August 16, 2021. Contact Tammy Deso 752-2700 or tdeso@maplerun.org to submit a free and reduced meal application over the summer months. Households that apply and qualify over the summer will receive their P-EBT funds in September. Applications must be received by August 16, 2021, to qualify.

SATEC Wildcat Camp registration is now closed. We will be working on finalizing registrations, and will be sending confirmations out to you by June 11th. 

More information will be sent regarding upcoming camps, such as transportation, meals, etc.. 

There are a few hundred registrations to approve, so your patience is appreciated!

SATEC 8th Grade Graduation 2021

Wednesday, June 9, 2021, Outside on the upper field at 5:30pm

5:00 7th and 8th grade band, orchestra, and chorus students arrive and report outside to the tent

5:15 All 8th grade students arrive and report to their seats in the large tent on the upper field

5:30 SATEC 7th/8th Band, Chorus, Chamber Singers, and Orchestra Trio Perform

5:45-5:50 Graduation Ceremony Begins. Students should wear masks during the ceremony; however they can take them off when receiving an award or walking up to receive their certificate of promotion.

Families should bring chairs to sit in on the field. Please follow Universal Guidance and families should sit together and when sitting with your family you do not need to wear a mask. We encourage you to bring water bottles.

Please call or email Lorna Jerome (752-2600 or ljerome@maplerun.org) if someone in your family has a need for handicap parking and close access to the field so we can make arrangements for them.
