Do you have extra unwanted uncarved pumpkins, especially pie pumpkins, please bring them to Taylor Park this Saturday between 10:00 – 2:00.  The Food Shelf, Seeds for Growth and other local businesses will be turning them into, soup, breads, butter and other food for the Food Shelf.   Thank you!

We will be walking this Wednesday, October 29th

Weather report is for about 40%-50% chance of rain.  Please have students dress appropriately with raincoats and umbrellas.  Will will not walk if it is a downpour or thunder or lightening.

We had an outstanding Fall Sports Season! SATEC ATHLETICS would like to thank the following 2014 Fall Coaches for all of their dedication and commitment to our student-athletes!  Casey O’Brien, Jim and Merry Hill, Mark Fyles, Maura Hemingway, Rob Green, Dan Thompson, Eric Telfer, Brent Vincent, Tiffany LeGrand, Morrell Bunbury, Stephanie Hodgeman, Mr. Michael Konrad, and Ms. Leah Pinette.

Our 8th Grade Girls celebrate a great season!!! We want to wish all of our 8th grade Fall Athletes the best of luck in High School and thank them for their dedication to SATEC Athletics!

Uniform Return

Players have been a great job with returning their Jeresey. We want to remind players that their jerseys need to be handed in to Ms. Rose in the back lobby. All Jerseys need to be washed and placed in the plastic bag that there were given in, along with the sheet that identifies their name, #, and team. There will be a blue bin for students to put the jerseys in.  If players’ uniforms are not handed by  11/3 it will be considered “lost” and there will be $30.00 charge.

Odyssey of the Mind

We are still hoping to attract 3-4 students in grades 3-5 to join the Odyssey of the Mind Division 1 team.   The team will meet after school one day a week to create a solution to a challenge.  This involves creating a skit and props.  If your child likes drama and acting, this may be a perfect fit!   If you would like to know more about what OOTM is, contact the coordinator, Lynn Tetreault 527-9688 or sltetreault@myfairpoint.net.
