Fine Arts Announcement:

The SATEC Bands Concert has been rescheduled to Wednesday, February 5th, at 7:00 pm in the gym.  Performing ensembles include 1st Year Band, Wildcat Wonders (6th grade band), SATEC Jazz, and SATEC Sound (7th/8th Band).  Students should be there at 6:30 and meet in the 5-8 music room. We hope to see you there!

First Semester Report Cards will be sent home on Monday, February 3rd. We have experienced some technical difficulties in our transition to a new report card and we needed an additional day to work out some of the issues.  We appreciate your patience as we transition to our new report card.

Wednesday, January 29th is a Jay Peak ski trip day for 6th grade.  This is a reminder for all 6th graders to please make sure to pack all of your outdoor clothing, food, drinks, and snacks. Refer to the Jay Peak Information Packet that was sent home. The buses will be leaving promptly at 8:25 Wednesday morning and returning about 3:00pm.

6th grade parents: If you will be picking up your child’s equipment at the end of the day please do so after 3:45pm.

8th grade BFA Presentation: 6pm SATEC Cafeteria- 8th grade parents invited

The BFA Guidance Department Chair, Ms. Kaki Hutchinson, will be at SATEC at 6:00pm on Tuesday 1/28/14 to meet with 8th grade parents and students about the coursework for BFA, expectations, and extra-curricular activities. Ms. Hutchinson will return on Wednesday, January 29th in the morning with student ambassadors to answer any questions students might have about student life at BFA.

The 6th grade Jay Peak Field Trip is scheduled for Wednesday, January 29th.
