Parent/Teacher Conference Information
We asked parents to complete a survey about the best times to hold parent/teacher conferences. The way we have scheduled conferences in the past is by allowing individual teachers to schedule times over the course of a week. The option that the majority of parents selected in the survey was to have conference hours during the day on November 2nd and in the evenings on November 3rd and 4th. The benefit of this schedule is that all SATEC teachers will be here during these times, hopefully providing better access to be able to meet with more teachers. We will be opening up pick-A-time on Monday, October 19th @ 9:00am and ask that parents schedule conferences during the times provided. If you do not have computer access or would like assistance to schedule your parent conference contact Tammy Deso 752-2700. Thank you!

Uniform Return
As we enter the last week of fall sports we want to remind players that their jerseys need to be handed in to Ms. Rose in the back lobby. All Jerseys need to be washed and placed in the plastic bag that there were given in, along with the sheet that identifies their name, #, and team. There will be a blue bin for students to put the jerseys in. Jersey that are not returned by October 23rd will be considered “lost” and those players will receive a bill for $30.00 to help replace it.
Open Doors After School Programs Fall Session will begin on October 26th.
We are excited to begin our first session of after school opportunities!
Brochures for grades 1-8 were distributed in homerooms yesterday afternoon.
Registration deadline is 10/19 and enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis.

National Lights On Afterschool Awareness.
SATEC Open Doors After School Opportunities invites you to celebrate National Lights On Afterschool with our “GLOW” Event.
Wednesday, October 28th 5:00-6:30
Open to grades 1st -8th ( Parental guidance required)
Come wearing all black and be prepared to leave glowing!
Activities include: Designing luminaire bags, a lighting ceremony, photo booth ($3.00 per session) music and glow light dance.
Admission is free.
