SATEC FOUR WINDS PROGRAM
Are you interested in being involved in your child’s classroom at SATEC? The SATEC Four Winds Nature Program is a great way to share a love of science and nature with your child in their classroom.
A SATEC Four Winds Nature Program volunteer does not require a science degree or a teaching certification; just an interest in learning, sharing, and being involved in your child’s classroom. Volunteers are supplied with all the materials and training (both live and online) for each lesson.
During the 2018-2019 school year, the SATEC Four Winds Nature Program will be studying the theme of Patterns in Nature with 5 units:
Disguises Cones Snowflakes
Tracks Nests
To find out more about Four Winds Nature Program at SATEC, please contact me directly at the e-mail listed below. Please provide me with your name, your child’s name, their teacher, and any questions that you may have. It really is a very fun group to be a part of and it only takes a few hours a month to make a huge difference!
