SATEC Walking Wednesday
We will be walking this Wednesday, November 4th!!
SATEC Staff supervised walking school bus starting locations 2015-2016:
  • Barlow Street School- Departs at 7:40AM (Mr. Rousselle)
  • Knights of Columbus- Departs at 7:45AM (Cricket, Route 5) (Mrs. Marlow)
  • Intersection of Parsons and Orchard Street - Departs at 7:35 AM (Mr. Madden)
  • Intersection of Thorpe Ave. Ext. and Bradley Court - Departs at 7:35 AM (Sonia, Route 8)  (Mrs. Stebbins)

           Our receptaclaw is almost full!

We will be having our first school-wide PBiS celebration on the afternoon of Wednesday, November 11th.  Students have done an excellent job working to fill the “Recepta-Claw” with cards given to them when they are noticed following one of SATEC’s 4 school wide expectations for PBiS, our new initiative designed to support a positive culture in our school.

  4. Show Kindness

All students are selecting one movie to watch during our celebration.  We will be serving popcorn for everyone.  Students will be given a movie ticket with the name and location of their movie. Some of the movies are PG so we are giving parents the option of overriding their child’s preferred movie by writing an opt out letter to Amie Koontz (SAP counselor and PBiS school coordinator) at SATEC. Please ask your child which movie they have chosen. If you prefer that your child watch another movie or not watch a movie at all, please send that information to Amie (akoontz@fcsuvt.org) by Monday, November 9th. Following are the movie choices:
