SATEC Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking individuals to join our Substitute Team.
Qualified candidates can choose to be available to substitute one,
two, three or four days per week for classroom teachers or education
support staff.
We are looking for candidates who care about children and want to help
them learn and be successful. If you are interested in learning more

Please note: Candidates for substitute positions are required to complete the
application process and a background check including reference checks and
fingerprinting prior to being placed on the approved substitute list.
SATEC Meal Pick Up
During the 2020-2021 School Year Free Meal Pick Up at SATEC will be available
on Tuesday and Fridays (receive 3 breakfast and 3 lunches), between the hours of
11:30-12:30.
Meal Pick Up will be available at the front Window of the school
We do ask that you order ahead of time so that we can have an
appropriate meal count. Orders need to be placed by 9:00 am the day of pick up.

Currently all children ages 0-18 are eligible for free meals until the end of the
school year.
We ask that families still complete the application for free/reduced
meals. This will allow us to have the application on file when funding
is no longer available.

Please remember that even though the mornings are getting cooler
we do need to keep bus windows open during bus routes.
Afternoon Student Transportation Changes:
Due to the need to contact trace during this time we will be printing bus
rosters each afternoon at 1:00pm. Any changes need to be called in to the
school by 1pm each day. Thank you for your understanding.
Athletics
Maple Run Middle School Athletic Spectator Guidelines for Fall 2020 Season
Per the VPA and SMAC Guidelines received on 8/1/2020
Limitations on Gatherings: The number of spectators shall be limited as much as possible and measures must be put in place to ensure physical distancing between households. Interactions between spectators and participants must be minimized before, during and after events.
MapleRun Middle Schools (SATEC, SACS, FCS) are following the AOE guidance; “Arrive+Play+Leave. ”
No congregating before, during and after events.
Masks MUST be worn by ALL spectators upon exiting their vehicle.
Due to Covid-19, spectators are limited to family members.
At no time shall the total number of spectators exceed the current limit on the event size-currently 150 for outdoor events.
Appropriate social distances should happen on the sidelines.
St. Albans Town Center: All spectators will sit on the opposite side of the teams’ benches.
St. Albans City School: All spectators will sit on the opposite side of the teams’ benches.
Fairfield Center School: All spectators will sit on the opposite side of the teams’ benches or behind goalies.
Indoor facilities are closed to all teams and spectators.
There will be no concessions opened during any home event this fall.
NO middle school students that are not family members will be allowed to serve as spectators at the event.
As a spectator, if you can not follow any of the bullet points above, then you may be asked to leave the event. If protocols can not be followed, then the designated school holds the right to no longer allow spectators to attend events.
