COVID Update from Principal Stebbins
Greetings SATEC Families,
I have received information that two members of our School Community have been identified as being probable COVID cases, pending test results. As part of our Health and Safety measures and in consultation with the Department of Health we are having two classrooms move to a remote learning platform starting tomorrow, Friday, January 15, 2021 until all quarantining requirements have been met.
All staff and students who are involved have been notified via a phone call or direct conversation. If you have not been contacted you or your children are not a close contact and you do not need to quarantine at this time.
We encourage all staff, students, and families to follow all the necessary COVID guidelines (wearing masks, staying home when sick, social distancing, and handwashing) and communicate with one of our nurses if you or your children might have symptoms.
We appreciate everyone’s understanding and support.
Sincerely,
Angela Stebbins
Principal
