SATEC Athletic Announcement Grades 5-8 SATEC will begin Basketball "skills and drills" practices starting January 19th for the students in 7th and 8th grade and on January 25th for students in grades 5th and 6th. Before signing up, please make sure to understand the following changes for the 2021 Winter Sport Season regarding Covid-19 general guidance issued by the State on 12/22/2020 and amended by SATEC. Facial Coverings are required to be worn by ALL players and coaches at ALL time as well maintaining the 6ft distance guidelines. Under these conditions, at this time, there will be no contact or scrimmages allowed. IF and When permitted under "Guidance for Specific Types of Sports", school-based winter sports may initiate interscholastic games. We have extended our seasons until mid March in hopes to play some games against other schools in our community.
